FloraPrima only uses the freshest and finest flowers for its bouquets. Our flowers are delivered daily fresh from the grower.

The products sold on the site are choosen for their exceptional quality and uniqueness as well as their freshness.

Before the flowers are sent, FloraPrima makes sure to provide the flowers with plenty of water to keep them the fresh and blossoming.

Once the flowers are carefully hand-picked and tied, FloraPrima wraps each bouquet with a moist fleece to accompany the bouquets on their journey. A specialy designed packaging protects the flowers from the cold, the heat and a bouncy ride.

The recipient receives the bouquet as pictured. Each bouquet is delivered with nursing instructions and a package of nutrients.

Orders from the categories: "Last Minute" and "International Delivery" are delivered by one of local florists world wide. As certain flowers are only available during certain seasons and in certain regions the constellation may vary slightly from what is pictured on the site.

We at FloraPrima make sure the flowers arrive at your desired address. Through our strong relationship with DHL we can deliver to any address in Germany.

For deliveries made through our network of florists, we request that you provide us with a telephone number of the recipient. This will help our florists coordinate when an address may be incomplete.

Guaranteed delivery

Its your choice: Guaranteed delivery or Standard delivery

We at FloraPrima make sure your flowers are sent on time. Please note that a Standard Delivery through our partner DHL can be delayed by one work day. We at FloraPrima have no influence on a possible delay. We therefore suggest that our customers choose the option of Guaranteed Delivery to avoid any risk of delay. Delivery at a specific time is not possible, as the drivers have set routes.

Standard Delivery 4,99€

The delivery takes place Monday(8:00h–19:00h) through Saturday (8:00h–15:00h) with DHL or GLS. The completion of a delivery is warranted in 95-98% of all deliveries. Apart from that, the deliveries are completed with a delay of 1-2 business days.

Guaranteed Delivery 11,99€

A delivery is guaranteed Monday through Friday by DHL Express or TNT. Should the recipient not be reached, the driver will leave a contact card an arrange a new delivery time.

Last Minute

You need a delivery for today? No problem.

Flowers ordered from the category "Last Minute" are delivered through our florist network by a local florist.

Orders received before 12:00h Monday through Friday (10:00h Saturdays) are delivered on the same day.

Orders made after 15:00h and that need to be delivered on the next day, can also be completed in the category: "Last Minute".

Orders from delivered by florists may vary from the bouquets pictured on our site. As certain flowers are only available during certain seasons, the constellation may vary from what is pictured on the site.

We offer a 4 day freshness guarantee on bouquets delivered through our network of florists.
