When you order flowers online at FloraPrima.de/en, you can choose between the following payment methods during the ordering process: purchase on account, direct debit, credit card, instant transfer and PayPal. Incidentally, delivery is not dependent on receipt of payment: we deliver your floral greeting on your desired date, with a free greeting card and glass vase on request, even if payment has not yet been made. When purchasing on account, you have seven days to pay, even if the delivery date is earlier.

Purchase on account

Trust for trust. FloraPrima offers payment by invoice.
We know that purchasing on account is the most popular payment method on the internet. That is why we also offer flower deliveries on account. We do not include an invoice in the parcel. The invoice is sent exclusively by email.
You have at least 7 days to pay, even if the desired delivery date is tomorrow or the day after tomorrow.

Purchase by direct debit

When paying with your debit card, i.e. by direct debit from your German current account, we require your IBAN number or account number and bank code. The payment will be debited automatically one day after the order is placed.

Purchase via PayPal

Payment via PayPal follows after you have submitted your order. After the ‘Data Check’ page, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal for payment processing. PayPal's terms of use apply here, which you can find here.

Purchase by credit card

When paying by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AMERICAN EXPRESS), we require the card number, expiry date and verification number on the back of the card. Your credit card will be charged automatically one day after placing your order.
